Passed the graduation examination from a university/college established by law and recognized by UGC and after recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), appearing or appearing in the final year of two-year D.El.Ed (B.T.C.) from an institution affiliated to the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Or

Passed the graduation examination from a university/college established by law and recognized by UGC and untrained/graduated Shikshamitras appearing in the final year of B.TAC or appearing in the final year of the distance education method.
Or
Passed Graduation from a University/College established by law and recognized by UGC and Two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) from an institution recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE)/Recognition by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Enrolled or passed in the final year of two-year Diploma in Education (D.Ed. Special Education) from a recognized institution.
Or
Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks from a University/College established by law and recognized by UGC and NCTE. Enrolled or passed in the final year of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognized institution.
